      FaceTime for Mac makes it possible to talk, smile, and laugh with anyone on an iPad, iPhone, iPod touch, or Mac with a built-in FaceTime camera. To completely block the FaceTime you need also block Jabber protocol.  

This protocol is shared by another user. You can install it in "System Settings"->"Protocols" of WFilter.
